Final major mechanical rebuild

The front ride height on the car has been troubling me for a while and I suspect the trailing arms/torsion bars have been removed and incorrectly replaced at some time.
So at the weekend the front end was raised, drums\steering knuckles removed and the height of each trailing arm from the floor was measured to reveal a considerable difference between them.
At the same time both trailing arms and torsion bars were removed and inspected along with the bearings, no sign of any major wear or tear. Everything was then heavily greased and replaced but at a setting that will result in an even and lower front end ride height.
Next action is to refit and start the engine - will have to wait a few weekends as next weekend is the Bad camberg event in Germany followed by the KGOC international in the UK.

Looks good Andy. If you're going to Bad Camberg keep an eye out for one of those '62 Ghia badges for me!
